Newsletter Creation, Distribution, and Management
The home page within All-Safe EHS provides displayed newsletters for important updates such as heat, storm or event information. Standard capability includes newsletter management, distribution, and notification acknowledgement.
Audit and Inspection Management

All-Safe EHS provides a full featured management platform for capturing and reporting safety drill, exercises, and any user defined practice event. The user defined dashboard provides quick reporting documentation, PDF, and email capability.
Regulatory Code Administration Management
Regulatory requirements and recommendations are built directly into the software and applied to the work process. Administrative requirements include local, state and federal guidelines. These regulatory requirements can be user updated in conjunction with standard All-Safe EHS updates provided.
Emergency Response
The emergency response module provides quick access to critical information during an emergency. Like other modules, this module is user defined. Quick access can be documents, instructions for emergency gas, water and electrical shutoff locations. Storm, fire and environmental emergency management are all accessible quickly from a mobile device.
Permit Management
Within All-Safe EHS is a complete permit management module, allowing scheduling, notifications and assignments. The module provides messaging, action to-do activity and other critical management capabilities.
History Event Documentation
Within the history module, all major events can be stored with their corresponding incident notifications, work request, work orders, action follow-up activity, and many more critical components. The module provides search and filter functionality, allowing users to quickly navigate to any past event and the event’s full documentation.
Site Awareness
Site Awareness is a digital storage section providing easy access for company-wide or site-specific documentation. Site Awareness is specifically designed to replace the traditional 3 ring binder with enhanced capabilities. Site Awareness allows grouping of documents such as PDF and media. Acknowledgement reminders, push notifications and email distributions are all available.
Project Management Module
Events such as security camera / system upgrades, fire protection and other multi-task projects can be managed with the project module. This module is a full featured suite with capabilities including budgeting, contractor, resource, work order and time and expense management. Other items include Gantt and calendar view, stage and task approvals, and user defined dashboards.
eLearning Management Systems Module
All-Safe EHS provides a full featured eLearning module, all within the same platform. Combining eLearning provides users a streamlined experience. Users can have just one portal to view their eLearning classes, view company newsletters, and enter incident notifications, work requests and site awareness documentation such as company policies.
Maintenance Work Request
The work request module provides users quick access for request. Request can be categories as environmental health and safety (EHS) and or standard maintenance work. Access to the module is user defined within All’Safe EHS. The module can provide automated work request into third party software, such as existing maintenance software with the optional All-Safe EHS – REST API.
Maintenance Management
All-Safe EHS includes a maintenance management module for creating and managing work orders. Capability includes assigned employee, hours, labor cost and scheduling Calander. Check-off list, tools and replacement parts capability are included.
Dashboard, User Defined for Data Visualization
Standard capability includes dynamic and animated user defined dashboards with real time data display. Users have full chart customization with pie, trend, bar, tile, line, list, polar, and doughnut charts. Other advanced features include filtering , user defined SQL capability along with date export into Excel, CSV and PDF. All-Safe EHS also provides full user defined access control for managing user data visualization.
Scheduled Task Management
The software provides an advanced scheduling capability for routine, recurring, and one-off work activity. This includes calendar view by user group, site or subject with drag and drop re-scheduling capability.
